Bio
Chris Joyner is a Los Angeles–born musician and songwriter whose work lives at the intersection of grit, melody, and emotional. Known for an expressive approach to the piano and a restless musical curiosity, Joyner moves fluidly between genres while maintaining a voice that’s unmistakably his own.
A multi-instrumentalist on keyboards, accordion, harmonica, and guitar, Joyner has brought his sound to stages around the world alongside artists such as Heart, Ray LaMontagne, Tom Morello, Jason Mraz, Rickie Lee Jones, and as a current member of Ben Harper & the Innocent Criminals.
His solo releases Loved and Domino place songwriting front and center—featuring “raw arrangements and melodies that linger long after the last note”. More music is on the way.
